What we collect
Newsletter subscriptions. If you submit your email address through the newsletter form, we store that address so we can send you news about the exhibition and the project. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Messages you send us. If you write to us by email, we keep your message and contact details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence.
Technical data. Our web server records standard log information, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site secure and working, and is not used to identify you personally.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Cookies
This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, including remembering that you have seen the cookie notice. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies; some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
If we add analytics or embedded content from other services in future, this page will be updated to say so before those cookies are set.
Why we are allowed to use your data
We rely on your consent when you choose to join the newsletter, and you may withdraw that consent at any time. We rely on our legitimate interest in running and securing this website for technical log data, and in responding to you for correspondence you initiate.
How long we keep it
Newsletter addresses are kept until you ask to be removed. Correspondence is kept for as long as the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are kept for a short period and then overwritten.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to ask us to transfer it elsewhere. You may also withdraw consent to marketing at any time.

Sharing and transfers
We use service providers to host this website and to send email on our behalf. They process data only on our instructions. Because the project operates across several countries, your data may be transferred outside your own; where that happens we take steps to ensure it remains protected.
